The 2020 Chevrolet Colorado is an intriguing option for shoppers who don't require all of the towing capacity of a robust pickup but still want many features and high-ranking maneuverability. Shoppers will find they have many opportunities to customize this truck, as it comes with two cab configurations, two bed lengths, three engines, and five trims. A 200-horsepower, 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine, automatic transmission, and rear-wheel drive is standard on the Base and Work Truck (WT) trims. The other three trims can get fitted with a 308-horsepower 3.6-liter V6 engine or a 181-horsepower, 2.8-liter turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine. Both get paired with automatic transmissions. Base and WT come with similar features such as 16-inch steel wheels, power windows, a seven-inch infotainment system, smartphone integration, and a six-speaker sound system. A variety of options are available for WT, such as an EZ Lift tailgate, remote keyless entry, cruise control, and a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot. LT adds larger wheels, an eight-inch touchscreen, satellite radio, and a host of options, including heated front seats and forward-collision warning. Z71 includes most of the optional components available for the LT, as well as prepping it for off-roading with a specialized suspension, a locking rear differential, and more. If you're hungry for more, opt for the ZR2 trim that adds a raised suspension with special dampers, fender flares, a spray-in bed-liner, and an electronically locking rear differential.
