The Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is a classic full-size pickup built for adventure and work. This year's model continues the upgrades from last year for greater efficiency and opulence. Three bed lengths and cab sizes are available for all eight trims. Five engines are also available, all of which come with an automatic transmission, and either all-wheel or front-wheel drive. Work Truck (WT), Custom, and Custom Trail Boss trims get equipped with a 285-horsepower 4.3-liter V6 engine, while LT and RST has a 310-horsepower, turbocharged four-cylinder engine. LT Trail Boss gets powered by a 355-horsepower V8. Also, a 420-horsepower V8 and an all-new 277-horsepower, 3.0-liter inline six-turbocharged diesel engine are options for all trims. The entry-level trim, WT, has varied features such as steel wheels, a seven-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth connectivity, smartphone integration, a rearview camera, heated mirrors, and many convenient storage compartments. The remainder trims build on this list of components. For example, front tow hooks, a trailering package, a rear-locking differential, cruise control, dual exhaust, leather upholstery, wireless phone charging, and remote keyless power door locks are all available.
